- use our Australia-wide network to book you the right lawyer for the job;
- brief your lawyer about your case and give them your instructions;
- arrange for your lawyer to meet you at court and represent you;
- cover the cost of the first hour. You will be quoted on any further costs.
If you are not required to be in court and do not wish to attend, your lawyer will appear on your behalf based on your instructions.
Often, however, you will want to see your lawyer prior to the court date. In that case, you should book you a lawyer for more detailed advice before court.
*Your $295 (incl. GST) secures your lawyer for the first hour or part hour of their time. If your case is going to take more than one hour it will cost you more than $295. If so, your lawyer will tell you this, give you a quote before doing any additional work and make arrangements for further payment directly with you.
