- Ensure your solicitor is available for the court appearance or to give advice at the time requested;
- Provide you with your solicitor's contact details and confirm your booking;
- Charge you at the rates indicated on our website;
- Pay your lawyer directly for your first hour with them — whether that hour is spent in court or at their office for advice.
What you promise to do:
- Provide us with clear, complete and accurate instructions for your lawyer;
- Pay us $295.00 upon booking your appearance and prior to receiving details of your lawyer. Specifically, you acknowledge that this payment is a booking fee only and does not give rise to a solicitor/client relationship between us and you.
