Clare holds a Bachelor of laws and a Bachelor of Business (Management) from the University of Western Sydney. Clare also completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice (With Distinction) st the University of Western Sydney.
Clare is admitted as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.
Following admission to practice, Clare worked in the areas of Family, Criminal and Civil law for a large regional law firm, and at the Shoalcoast Community Legal Centre, before opening her own niche law firm, which focused on family law matters, involving domestic violence or children with special needs.
Whilst practising on the South Coast, Clare supported the local legal profession as a Young Lawyers Representative, and as President of the Shoalhaven and Districts Regional Law Society.
In recent years Clare has relocated to Sydney and has worked for the Department of Justice, providing legal advice to disadvantaged members of the community.
Clare has a passion for family and criminal law and believes that every person is entitled to the best representation possible regardless of their circumstances, or the situation they find themselves in.
When not advocating for her clients, Clare enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, experiencing the world’s cultures through food and art, and riding her motorcycle.
