Josephine was admitted as a Lawyer to the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory in 2008 and was also admitted to the High Court of Australia in 2010 and can practice law in all Australian jurisdictions. Josephine holds a Master of Laws with Honours from the University of Turin, Italy, and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Australia. She also holds a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law.
Josephine is experienced in criminal, family and civil law, having practised in these areas since 2009.
