Melanie is a dynamic lawyer who loves meeting with clients and practicing the law to obtain clear outcomes that are just and fair for the people she represents. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Charles Darwin University, in addition to a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration and a Bachelor of Arts (Politics), both from the Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. She also completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the Australian National University. She is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of the Northern Territory.
Melanie is particularly interested in the area of civil litigation but applies her legal training across a range of legal disciplines.
When she is not working to meet her clients’ needs, Melanie loves spending time with family and friends, travelling to interesting and fun locations around the globe, going to the beach, and also enjoys kayaking.
