Our solicitor Pablo Ramirez assisted a client who had unintentionally allowed her student visa to expire before applying for another student visa.
The client consulted GTC Lawyers which managed to submit an application for a student visa within the prescribed deadline. This allowed the client to maintain eligibility for her next student visa. Her student visa was granted, and the client was allowed to continue her course.
A Marketing Specialist professional in Canberra sought the advice of GTC Lawyers regarding her prospects for skilled migration.
The client’s visa expired in 20 days from the day of her first consultation. GTC Lawyers managed to submit a nomination application for the employer business, and complete a visa application prior to the expiry of the client’s visa.
The visa was approved. Despite the tight timeframe, there was no disruption to the client’s or employer/nominator’s work arrangements.
