Paul Roberts holds a Bachelor of Laws and is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Tasmania, the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of Victoria.
Paul has practised almost exclusively in Family Law. He has appeared both as counsel and instructor at trial and has experience in a wide range of family law matters, involving serious psychiatric and personality disorders, sexual abuse, family violence, children with special needs and property and child support matters.
Paul recognises that the issues surrounding separation, the care of children and securing a good financial settlement can be emotional, complicated and stressful. He believes the key to good practice is keeping clients well informed so they understand all the options available to them.
Paul is committed to giving back to the community and has volunteered at, managed and been on the boards of community legal centres.
