Bellingen Local Court is not currently listed as an operating courthouse. The New South Wales Local Court says it has been non-operational since March twenty eighteen, until further notice. This original Go To Court footage is archival. It must not be used as proof that the building is open.
The official listing directs enquiries to Coffs Harbour Local Court. Every sitting previously associated with Bellingen is transferred to Coffs Harbour. That is the current published position as checked on fourth September twenty twenty-six, but your latest court notice remains the first document to follow.
Do not assume that a matter once associated with Bellingen will be heard at forty-eight Hyde Street. Check the venue and attendance method on your notice, then confirm the listing through the New South Wales Online Court List or with the relevant registry.
Before the hearing, confirm the court name, date, time and courtroom; allow extra travel and security time; bring your notice, identification and organised documents; and contact the registry or your lawyer promptly if the location is inconsistent or unclear.
